Swansea City look to have won the race to sign Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham on loan.
The nineteen year old is close to making a switch to the Welsh side for the 2017/18 season.
Promoted Championship clubs Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion were hoping to snap up the youngster as well, but look to have missed out.
Abraham netted 23 goals in 40 appearances during a loan spell with Championship side Bristol City last year.
He worked with Swansea boss Paul Clement during the manager’s time as a coach at Stamford Bridge and that is said to have been key to his decision.
